Barack Obama Fist Bump - Who Cares?

Published by daron at 8:48 pm under Obama Edit This

Recently, “B-Rock” Obama and his wife Michelle “bumped fists” on stage before a speech. The media, print and broadcast, made a huge deal about it saying it demonstrates how youthful and hip he is.

After rolling my eyes and changing the channel, I thought about how the media analyzes the most ridiculous things. We only hear about the small and inconsequential things about politicians and nothing of substance.

I’ve yet to hear anything REAL about Obama. Nothing is said about his policies, little about his associations (beyond Reverend Right). In every interview of a celebrity about why they are supporting B-Rock, they are unable to reference one point as to why or how he is going to better the country. All we ever hear is how represents “Change”. Beyond that… nothing is known about him (by the general public). Seriously, can you tell me something relevant about Obama ?

The reason for that is most people don’t take the time or even care to learn anything about a person who potentially may be our next president… a person who will directly affect all of our lives (in his case, through higher taxes, more hand-outs, completely banning ALL handguns and manufacturing of handguns (because that policy is doing so well in Washington DC), amnesty for all illegals and a questionable national security stance.

Will a fist bump influence your vote?

It’s time for you to add your two cents
